具体说明
先做足够密的冰浆
用冰装满容器，碎冰更便于填实。加水到比冰顶略低，原厂示例约半英寸；不是在大量水里丢几块冰。
等温度均匀再检查
静置一分钟。若冰块整体浮离容器底部，倒掉部分水、补入冰，再准备读数。
探针停在中央并轻搅
把允许浸水的探针尖端插入中央冰浆，轻轻搅动；不要让测温尖端抵住杯壁、杯底或冰块。
先比较误差再考虑调整
参考点是0℃。把读数与厂家标称精度一起看：处在允许范围内不必调整，超出时再按该型号说明检查或咨询厂家。
