意见指向哪一句，就先选哪一句
原创例子：对“周五提交材料”有疑问，批注想问“是本周五还是下周五？”先选中这句话，再用Insert - Comment（插入→批注）。官方说明，未选文字时在当前光标位置插入批注锚点；选了文字范围时，批注关联该范围，文字范围会带阴影。页边出现批注框供你输入意见。建议：写完回看关联范围，避免意见落在另一句上。
回应他人，使用回复而不是改写他的意见
他人写的文字文档批注，在右键菜单里有Reply（回复）。它会在原批注旁插入新的批注，两者共用同一锚点；在新批注中输入回应，保存并把文档发给其他作者后，对方也能继续回复。建议：回复中明确回答哪一项问题，例如“这里指本周五”；不要通过改写对方原话来代替回应。
事情办完标为已解决，想保留就别删除
打开批注右键菜单或批注下拉菜单，勾选Resolved（已解决）。批注框日期下会出现Resolved；取消已解决标记时，这个词会移除。要让页边清爽些，可以取消View - Resolved comments（视图→已解决批注）的勾选；重新勾选就显示已解决批注。隐藏的已解决批注没有被删除，适合需要保留讨论、暂时不显示的目标。
交稿前分开检查权限、可见性和打印
具有文档写权限的用户可以编辑和删除所有作者的批注，因此不要把它当作不可改动的记录。View - Comments（视图→批注）用于显示或隐藏所有批注；批注的打印选项则在Tools - Options - LibreOffice Writer - Print（工具→选项→LibreOffice Writer→打印）中设置，影响所有文字文档。建议：交稿前重新显示要保留的讨论核对一遍；若要打印，再单独检查打印选项，不以当前页边看得见或看不见推断纸上结果。
